Let's Make it Official

Your date is set and your retainer is paid - we’re officially booked! 🎉

Next, we’ll sit down (over Zoom or in person) for a value-based exercise and questionnaire to start uncovering your story, your priorities, and your vision for the day. Together, we’ll shape a timeline and flow that feels natural, intentional, and true to you.

Pro tip: The more you share, the more I can personalize your experience — from family dynamics to the playlist that’ll have everyone on the dance floor.

The Calm Before the Celebration

About 6–8 weeks before your wedding, I’ll send over a detailed questionnaire and we’ll hop on a call to go over:

Your timeline
Family photo lists
Must-have moments or details
Any sensitivities, surprises, or special requests

Together, we’ll refine the flow of your day so you can fully relax, knowing everything’s covered. I’ll also connect with your wedding coordinator or planner to make sure our timelines align and everyone’s on the same page. Clear, proactive communication is key — it’s what helps everything run seamlessly so you can stay present and enjoy the day!

Sneak Peeks

Within one week, you’ll receive a handful of sneak peeks — just enough to relive the day (and post that just-married glow).

These are delivered in your online gallery, ready for download, printing and sharing.

One of my favorite parts of this work is getting to keep telling your story — anniversaries, new homes, growing families, everyday magic. I’m here to document your journey as it unfolds. Because life keeps moving, and these moments are worth remembering.

Engagement Session

Your engagement session is our chance to hang out, laugh, explore, and get comfortable in front of the camera. No stiff poses here — just connection, natural movement, and your genuine dynamic brought to life through simple prompts. You’ll also get a feel for how I work — lots of motion, real emotion, and gentle direction when needed.

Your engagement gallery will be ready within one month — perfect for save-the-dates or simply to remember this sweet in-between chapter. You can even order your save-the-dates and prints directly from your online gallery! Engagement sessions are included in the 8+ hour Classic Wedding Package, or 50% off when booked with any other package.

Wedding Day

When the day arrives, your only job is to be present — I’ll take care of the rest.

I’ll be there for it all: the laughter, the quiet moments, the little chaos, and the magic in between. Whether we’re chasing the sunset for golden hour portraits or catching that first deep breath after the ceremony, my focus is on documenting your story exactly as it feels.

On your wedding day, I’m not just your photographer — I’m your calm in the whirlwind. I’ll help pin boutonnieres, bustle dresses, guide you through portraits, keep things flowing, and make sure you have space to breathe and actually live the moments unfolding around you.

My goal is for you to be fully immersed in your day, knowing that every glance, laugh, and tear is being documented with care and intention.

Full Album Delivery

Within 3 months of your wedding date (usually sooner!), your full wedding gallery will be ready — edited with care and intention, every image hand-finished for timelessness and warmth.

Digital galleries are amazing — but nothing compares to holding your story in your hands. I offer custom heirloom albums and fine art prints, designed to last for generations.

Once your gallery is live, I’ll guide you through the design process if you’d like to create one from your online gallery.

Your online gallery includes:

High-resolution downloads for printing
Web-size downloads for sharing
Optional print shop access (for albums, framed art, and gifts)

One of our greatest strengths is knowing when to step in as creative directors and when to quietly document the moment. With a heartfelt and natural style, we strike the perfect balance between gentle guidance and candid storytelling. Your day will feel authentic—never staged or overproduced. Together, we’ll create images that allow you to relive the raw emotions and genuine *feeling* of your special day every time you look at your photos.

My editing style is designed to stand the test of time. Every image is hand-edited with care, ensuring a timeless look that stays true to how the moment really was. I make artistic color adjustments to create a standout image with contrast, warmth, and rich tones. Highlights are brought back to life, shadows are given the perfect boost, and midtones are tactfully infused with a warmth that allows your album to have that honest 'look' and nostalgic glow.

In the unfortunate scenario that you need to cancel or reschedule any type of shoot (wedding or non-wedding), the original deposit is [by law] non-refundable. We try our hardest to work with clients on this, but in most scenarios deposits are 100% non-

refundable. We understand that things happen and wedding dates need to change. If you are hoping to change the date of your wedding, we cannot guarantee availability but will work with you the best that we can to make it work.

Printing + Backing Up Your Gallery

Recommended Backup Method
Because memories deserve more than a hard drive.

Did you know 22% of hard drives fail after just four years?
And flash drives? They last anywhere from 1–10 years on average.

Better safe than sorry — the more copies of your photos in different places, the better. Here’s my recommended method to keep your wedding memories safe for generations:

Download your entire gallery to one or two of your own hard drives.
Save another copy on a portable hard drive and store it at a trusted relative or friend’s home.
Upload your full gallery to a secure cloud service such as iCloud, Google Drive, or Dropbox.
Print your photos! Digital files are fleeting, but printed images have a beautiful kind of permanence. Whether you choose loose prints or an heirloom album, holding your photos in your hands brings your story to life in a way a screen never can.

You can easily order professional-quality prints and albums directly through your online gallery — they’re made to stand the test of time, just like your memories.
Check in every few years. If (when) a hard drive fails, replace it so you’ll always have plenty of safe backups.
