FIRST- Connect

Let's meet up! For a drink or a virtual hangout. It's important that we're a great match. We'll take time to understand your vision so we can work together seamlessly. We'll address all your questions until you're completely confident. We're here to support you every step of the way. Building a comfortable relationship and sharing the same photographic goals are key starting points.

SECOND- Deposit

When you're ready to move forward, we ask for a 50% deposit, with the remainder due at least two weeks before your wedding. We're flexible and can set up a payment plan if needed.

THIRD - this is the secret sauce

Experience the magic ! At our core, we're more than just wedding photographers – we're your right-hand support. Kalen takes the time to connect with you, understanding your values and vision during a full-hour consultation. We craft a detailed timeline and wedding day plan, complete with group shot lists and seamless coordination with planners and vendors.  Our secret sauce is meticulous organization, ensuring your focus stays on what truly matters. Regular check-ins, thoughtful questions, and a personalized game plan set us apart, going beyond the typical wedding photographer's role. Let's make your day extraordinary!

FOURTH - Support Team

On your wedding day, we will be there unobtrusively guiding you and capturing all the big events and in-between candid moments to tell your full story. We're your all-in-one wedding support team, capturing every moment while also offering makeup touch-ups, calming energy, styling adjustments, and more, so you can fully enjoy your big day.

FIFTH - Photo Delivery

Get sneak peeks within a week and final high-resolution images within three months via a password-protected online gallery. No watermarks, full printing and download rights, and easy ordering for prints and albums directly from your album!
