FIRST- Let's connect!
Whether over a drink or virtual chat, we’ll dive into your vision, answer all your questions, and ensure you feel confident and supported. It's important that we're a great match. We're here to support you every step of the way. Building trust and aligning our goals is the foundation for a top notch experience.
SECOND- Lock it in
When you're ready to move forward, we ask for a 50% deposit, with the remainder due at least two weeks before your wedding. We're flexible and can set up a payment plan if needed. Our commitment goes beyond photography. Working with us is an investment we take very seriously. I call this an investment because you're investing in more than just photos—you're investing in an experience and a connection that ensures your memories are beautifully preserved for a lifetime.
THIRD - this is the secret sauce
At our core, we're more than just wedding photographers – we're your right-hand support. Kalen takes the time to deeply connect with you during a full-hour+ consultation, uncovering your values and vision. From crafting a detailed timeline and group shot lists to seamlessly coordinating with planners and vendors, we handle it all with care and precision.
Our secret sauce is meticulous organization and communication, ensuring you can focus on what truly matters. With a personalized game plan tailored to your celebration, we go beyond the typical photographer’s role to make your wedding extraordinary.

FOURTH - Support Team
On your wedding day, we will be there unobtrusively guiding you and capturing all the big events and in-between candid moments to tell your full story. We're your all-in-one wedding support team, capturing every moment while also offering makeup touch-ups, calming energy, styling adjustments, and more, so you can fully enjoy your big day.
FIFTH - Photo Delivery
Get sneak peeks within a week and a full album of final high-resolution images within three months via an online gallery. No watermarks, full printing and download rights, and a print shop feature integrated into every digital gallery!
